Colorful Bell Pepper Salad

Ingredients
1 each of red, orange, yellow and green bell peppers chopped in 1.4 inch pieces5 T vinegar (cider or red wine is best)Dry or fresh basil, crushed1 T Olive Oil1.3 cup choppen onions or green onions1/2 head red cabbage, finely chopped or shreddedfresh garlicSea sail or sitrus salt to taste
Directions
Chop bell peppers, onion, and cabbage and combine in larger bowl. Chop or crush basil and garlic, sprinkle in and mix with salad. Drizzle on olive oil and vinegar, mix to coat evenly. Season with sea salt or citrus salt if you have it... the amount depends on your taste. Garnish with parsley or basil leaves for presentation, and/or serve on an outside leaf of red cabbage. Makes 5 servings.
