8.0 serving Great Value large eggs1.0 serving(s) Spike Seasoning (1/4 tsp per serving)1.0 dash Salt0.25 tsp Pepper, black0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 serving(s) Wholesome Pantry Veggie Burgers, Sweet and Spicy Pepper0.25 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat0.75 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
Spray 7x9 glass casserole dish. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375.
Cook veggie burgers per package instructions. Chop burgers and place in casserole dish.
Sautee onions and peppers, 5 min. Spread mixture over veggie burgers.
Bake 20 min.
Inn medium bowl combine eggs, seasoning and cottage cheese. Pour over pepper mixture and "meat."
