2.0 cup Birds eye riced cauliflower1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 tsp Oregano, ground1.0 tsp Garlic0.25 1tsp Olive Oil
Cook the cauliflower rice. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times until blended.
Spread onto sprayed cooking sheet to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Bake at 450° for 10-13 minutes or until beings to brown.
Top with your favorite toppings and out under the broiler 3 min to melt the cheese.
