Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields Beans, black, 2 cup Corn Tortillas, 8 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)Tofu, extra firm, 1 block *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp *Coriander seed, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 cup, sliced
brown cumin seed.
Put other spices in pan with oil.when mixed and browned
add tofu and brown lightly
Put frozen spinach in pan heat until no longer frozen and warm.
Chop red pepper and have beens ready
when spinach defrosted add beans and heat through
add red pepper and heat until peppers lightly cooked
