The Big Sandwich

Ingredients
1/4 cup Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard2 tablespoons horseradish sauce 1 package King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls - (12 rolls) 2 tbsp Butter1/3 pound thinly sliced deli ham1/3 pound sliced Monterey Jack or Muenster cheese1/3 pound thinly sliced deli turkey1/3 pound sliced cheddar or Colby cheese1/3 pound thinly sliced roast beef1 medium tomato, sliceddill pickle chips or dill relish1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, and mustard. Carefully remove the rolls from the plastic bag, leaving all of them attached and on the cardboard tray. Cut rolls in half lengthwise. Carefully remove top half of rolls and set aside. Spread butter on cut sides of bread. On the bottom half of the rolls, layer ham, a third of the mayonnaise mixture, Monterey Jack cheese, turkey, a third of the mayonnaise mixture, cheddar cheese, roast beef, the remaining mayonnaise mixture, tomato, pickle, and onion. Replace top half of rolls. Carefully cut through the sandwich, making twelve individual rolls but keeping the sandwich together. Return the sandwich to the plastic bag and seal. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
