Ingredients
1.0 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 3 clove Garlic 6 slice Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, extra firm 1 package (9 oz) Artichokes, frozen 3 cup Vegetable Broth 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
cook onions and garlic with EVOO for 5 min, add mushrooms and sautee 10 min. Add rest of ingrediants and cook for 25 min on medium high heat.
