Use 1 pound or bacon, and don't scrip on the ground pepper, it really sets the taste of the salad off if there is lots of pepper .Also little salt can be used.
Cut up bacon and fry till crisp, Drain and pat grease off with a paper towel. In a large bowl chop up the broccoli, cauliflower, and onion. In a small bowl mix together the miracle whip, salt , and lots of pepper. Now mix the veggies, miracle whip, and bacon together . Chill and serve. A little over a half cup per serving.
