Ingredients
3 1/2 sheets of puff pastry250 gms of sausage mince1 onion, finely chopped1 carrot, grated1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese3 cloves of garlicpepper and salt to tasteherbs of your choice.
Directions
mix all ingredients till combined.
towards the edge of pastry sheet, place a line of sausage mix. not to thick.
roll pastry up around meat mix.
cut off extra pastry, to be used in next sausage roll.
repeat process till you have a tray full ready for baking.
glaze with egg wash, and bake for 40 mins or until golden brown.
