Sour Cream Enchiladas

4 serving Great Value - Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup Sour Cream 6 serving Mission Flour Tortillas Burrito 30 serving Herdez salsa verde (green salsa) - 2 Tbsp (by LIZBETH08) 4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Dice chicken, then cook in a skillet with oil or spray of choice.
Thinly slice your green onions. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine your chicken, sour cream, 1/2 your cheese, & 3/4 of your onions. Mix well.
Spoon mixture onto tortilla shells and then wrap them Place in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Once all your mix is used up, you will then pour your salsa verde over top of the enchiladas. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, along with remaining onions.
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
