Ingredients
3 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh .5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 tsp Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard
Directions
poach, roast chicken, cool, cut into bite size pieces. Chop celery, and add to chicken. mix mustard with mayonnaise, and toss with chicken and celery, salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate a couple of hours.
