Thai Green Curry with Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
1 large Onions, raw 3 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 24 oz Great Value Walmart boneless ,skinless chicken breast 3.33 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 8 tbsp Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste (by LEBOOBOO) 12 oz Peas - Aldi Frozen 1oz (3oz = 1/2 cup) (by TOMSTUMP) 500 gram Aldi cauliflower rice (by GILLIANLEITCH)
Directions
Saute onions and peppers and chopped chicken. Add the coconut milk (2 cans) and bring to a simmer. Add the entire 4 oz. jar of green curry paste and frozen peas. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve with cauliflower rice.
