Broiled Lemon Grouper

4 (6 oz) grouper fillets (1/2 inch thick)Cooking Spray2 Tbl white cooking wine2 Tbl butter, melted2 tsp lemon juice2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning4 lemon wedges
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Place fish on a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Whisk together white wine, butter, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Brush mixture over fish, evenly. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning.
3. Broil for 8-10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
Serving Size= 1 fillet and 1 lemon wedge
