Chicken Fried (Brown) Rice

Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil1.0 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil4.0 oz Chicken Breast Tenders; Just Bare Chicken1.0 cup Great Value Peas & Carrots, Frozen3.0 tsp Garlic2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw4.0 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce4.0 tbsp Oyster Sauce
Directions
Add 1 1/2 tsp each of vegetable and sesame oil to skillet over medium high heat. Dice chicken into 1 inch pieces, salt and pepper to taste. Cook in oil until done. Remove from pan. Add remaining vegetable and sesame oils to pan. Add peas and carrots. Sautee 1 minute, or until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 additional minute. Push vegetables to sides of pan. Scramble eggs and cook in the center of pan. Mix with vegetables. Add chicken and rice to pan. Stir in soy and oyster sauces. Serve warm.
