Cider Vinegar, 3 tbspOlive Oil, 3 tbspGranulated Sugar, 6 tspMustard seed, yellow, .25 tspPepper, black, .25 tspPepper, red or cayenne, .25 tspCabbage, fresh, 3 cup, shreddedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
Directions
combine vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard seed, pepper, and cayenne pepper.

combine cabbage and carrots in bowl, toss with vinaigrette. chill 2 to 24 hours.
