Croc Pot Lemon Chicken and Vegetables

1 chicken breast, no skin1 tbsp margarine2 tbsp green bell peppers, diced2 tbsp red bell peppers, diced1 tbsp onion, diced1 oz lemon juice concentrate1 red potato with skin, cubed6 brussel sprouts
Put chicken, lemon, margarine, onions and bell peppers into a small crock-pot. Add ½ cup water. Cook on high 2 hours. Add potato cubes and brussel sprouts and cook on high for 1 hour. Make sure all vegetables are submerged into liquid mixture. After 1 hour, adjust heat to low. Cook 1 additional hour. Put all ingredients on a plate and top chicken with 2 tbs Kraft Ranch dressing.
Serve with small lettuce salad with 5 cherry tomatoes. Top salad with 10 sprays of Wish Bone Balsamic Breeze Salad Spritzer. Add an 8 oz glass of Crystal Light Raspberry lemonade for 0 calories.
