Ingredients
1.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw1.0 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)4.0 clove Garlic0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth10.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)6 large Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Chop onions and garlic fine, spray non stick pan with pam sautee low heat. Rice cauliflower add to pan add chicken stock stir cover coook 5 min med heat. Add mushrooms turn heat up cook through till mushhrooms are soft and cauliflower takes on color. Aprox. 5 min add green onions stir in take off heat.
