Ingredients
0.4 serving(s) 2 pounds shrimp1.0 serving(s) 4 cloves of garlic0.4 serving(s) 2/3 cup parmesan cheese grated0.4 serving(s) 1 tsp pepper0.4 serving(s) 1/2 tsp oregano0.4 serving(s) 1 tsp basil0.4 serving(s) 1 tsp onion powder2.0 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp)1.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
Directions
1. In a large bowl combine garlic, parmesan, pepper, oregano common basil, onion powder and olive oil. 2. Gently toss shrimp in mixture until evenly coated. 3. Cook at 350 degrees in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes or until seasoning on shrimp is browned 4. Squeeze the lemon over the shrimp before serving. If using a conventional oven bake at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.
