Healthy Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
6 large eggs 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 2 tsp Dijon Mustard Salt and pepper to taste2 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives Paprika
Directions
Bring 6 eggs to a rolling boil. Turn off heat and let sit, covered, for 12 minutes. Place eggs in cold water to cool.
Peel eggs and cut in half, lengthwise. Remove yolk and reserve in a bowl. Place egg white halves on a plate for filling.
Mash egg yolks and add 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt, 2 tsp of Dijon mustard, half of the chives, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the yolk mixture into each egg white half. Garnish with paprika and remaining chives.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings (1 egg per serving)
