Ingredients
1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 oz Green Chili Enchilada Sauce - Mild - 1 can (by LUCKYGAL710) 2 tbsp Ortega Enchilada Sauce 50 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Directions
Shredded cheddar cheese in 4 equal piles on parchment paper. Bake for 7 minutes at 350 degrees.
4 strips of chicken cooked and shredded and mixed with green chillies. The mixture is put in the middle of the cheese "puddles" before they harden.
Roll the cheese shells like an enchilada with the parchment paper.
I dripped red and green enchilada sauce on top and diced red peppers. Delicious.
