Blackened Chickpea Scramble

1 cup chickpeas/garbanzo beans, raw 3 tsp Spice Cajun Blackened Seasoning 2 tsp Olive Oil 2 tablespoons yogurt1 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 3 dash Pepper, black
1. Boil the chickpeas until they are cooked. Drain.
2. Heat 2 teaspoons oil and add the chickpeas, salt, black pepper and spices and cook for about 4 minutes.
3. Mash half of the chickpeas and then adjust salt and spices as needed.
4. It will be a bit dry, so add some yogurt to moisten
Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings
