Keto Bacon wrapped Chicken Strips

Ingredients
8 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw (by LAURIE32) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 2 serving Annie's Naturals Organic Horseradish Mustard, 1 tsp 4 serving Clancy's Pork Rinds original - 1/2 oz or 9 med pcs 60 gram(s) Oscar Mayer Selects Smoked uncured bacon no nitrates 2 slices/15g
Directions
Take the breasts and cut into strips.
Wrap each strip in a thick bacon slice.
Take the strips and coat in a mixture of the mayo, egg, and mustard. (Can add spices per taste.)
Crush all of the pork rinds into a coarse crumbly mix.
Roll the chicken in the pork rinds.
Place onto a greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
