Lisa's Grandma's Chocolate Roll

Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .5 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream .125 cup Granulated Sugar .5 tsp Pure Almond Extract (by GENIEBEAN23)
Directions
Beat 6 egg whites until very stiff and dry.
Beat together egg yolks, cocoa and sugar until combined.
Carefully fold in egg whites into egg yolk mixture until com12-15 combined.
Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread mixture to edge of cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
Place a wet linen towel on top of the chocolate roll and clip the cookie pan over.
Remove parchment paper with spatula.
Allow chocolate roll to cool completely.
Whip whipping cream with extract and 2 Tablespoons of sugar.
Spread whipped cream over chocolate roll. Roll the chocolate roll up and serve.
