Knox Gelatin ( 2 envelop) Orange Juice, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup Salt, 0.5 tsp Lemon Juice, 2 lemon yields Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 14 ounce can Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), canned 10 ounces, Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced
1. In a pot, soak the gelatin with cold orange juice. Heat over low heat and stir constantly until gelatin is dissolved - about 4 minutes, remove from heat.
2. Add sugar, salt and lemon juice.
3. Drain pineapple and add juice to gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until consistency of non- beaten egg white.
4. Cut pineapple into smaller cubes and add to cooled gelatin mixture, also add the mandarins, carrots and celery. Pour into a 6 cup bowl or in a cast. Refrigerate until set.
