0.5 cup Banana flour 200 grams Monk fruit blend 0.35 cup, halves Apricots, dried 2.2 oz (85 seeds) Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 0.5 cup Oats, Quaker 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.35 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 0.15 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites) 2 oz Blue Diamond Almond Milk Almond Cashew Unsweetened
Directions
Mix all ingredients, drop on baking sheet and bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Serving Size: 1 cookie
