Ingredients
1 cup Yellow Cornmeal 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend 5 tsp Baking Powder .75 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 4 1tsp Canola Oil
Directions
mix cornmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt together. Then add milk, egg and oil until mixed. Pour in sprayed iron skillet and bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes.
