Taco Chicken Foil Packs

Ingredients
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 tbsp Cumin seed 2 tsp Chili powder 1 serving Red Potato 0.5 cup Salsa 0.75 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Slice one red potato thinly. I used a mandolin. Divide slices between four sheets of foil. I overlap them slightly. Put chicken breast on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle with spices. Too with salsa and shredded cheese. Wrap foil packs so no seams are open. Cook for 30-35 minutes.
