Ingredients
5.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh4.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh6.0 tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild3.0 oz Cheese- Med Cheddar Cheese Tillamook2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp sea salt1 tsp chili powder
Directions
Use leftover chicken thighs. Shred (discard skin and bone,) chop cabbage, add all ingredients (except cheese) to oiled skillet and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes. Add cheese and melt. Serve hot
