Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredients
.75 cup Butter, salted 1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .25 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 28 grams Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 4 cup, diced Rhubarb 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar .2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) .5 cup Granulated Sugar .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients for pie crust and spread in bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Put rhubarb pieces over crust. Beat eggs well & gradually add sugar, flour & salt.
Spread over Rhubarb. Top w/ sugar & cinnamon, mixed. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 mins.
