Chocolate Pecan Fat Bomb

5 tbsp Butter, salted 6 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 0.25 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 1 cup, halves Pecans 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 500 gram(s) Stevia drops 4 drops=100 g 3 serving sucralose - 1 drop = 1 serving
Melt fats. Chop pecans. Add dry ingredients and stir. Add sweetener and stir. Taste for sweetness. Add pecans and stir. Using a tablespoon drop two tablespoons into each mold (I use silicone muffin cups and highly recommend silicone for ease of clean-up). Refrigerate or freeze. Store in closed container
