200 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 200 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 100 grams Scallions, raw 50 grams Parsley 20 grams Cider Vinegar 3 dash Salt 135 grams Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
Directions
Cut the veggies, add salt vinegar and mix. Spread the tuna on top and serve immediately.
