Ingredients
36 oz Ground beef 3 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .75 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 5 leaves Basil 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 3 tsp Kosher Salt (by SRATERMAN) 3 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 2 clove Garlic
Directions
Chop onion, garlic,basil and bell pepper finely. Pulse pork rinds to fine crumble.Combine all ingredients. i use my hands. Form into balls. bake in 350 degree oven for about 3o minutes.
