Ingredients
3 cups strained tomatoes10 medium mushrooms, fresh, sliced5 clove Garlic , minced1 tbsp Italian Seasoning1 tbsp onions, dehydrated flakes 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cook mushrooms, garlic and seasonings in olive oil until softened but not browned. Add tomatoes and a little water. Bring to a simmer, covered, then remove lid, turn down and cook until liquid has reduced
