Ingredients
150 gr. salmon per persona bit of olive oil for pan fryingSome balsamic vinegar in a spray bottle to spray over fish
Directions
Clean salmon and rinse under running water
Heat up pan, when hot add salmon and a little olive oil.
Fry 4 min, on each side.
Spray a little balsamico vinegar over each side, add herbs to taste with salt and pepper if needed.
Serve with some rice, potatoes, veg, salad.

    Easy adaptable recipe using a rub after spraying balsamic oil on both sides. salt, pepper, dry chicken broth, basil both sides. fried covered 5 min. per side in olive oil. Excellent taste will make again as it is fast and easy. 5 stars - 9/18/11
