4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 cup Brocolli, Fresh Steamed 8 oz Cream Cheese 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1 serving Garlic Salt, Lawrys (1/4 tsp) 1 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black
boil chicken breast w/o skin,reserving broth. Steam broccoli tender. Use salt & pepper as desired, not to exceed recipe. In a saucepan melt cream cheese, 1/2 parmesan cheese, garlic salt in one cup milk. Blend smooth. Drain broccoli and chop chicken breast. Place broccoli on bottom on 9x9 casserole dish, pour half of cheese mixture over it. Then place chicken on top and cover with remaining cheese mixture. Sprinkle remaining parmesan on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.
