Ingredients
2 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp curry powder2 tsp EVOO.75 tsp salt.5 tsp cumin3 garlic cloves minced1lb chicken tenderloinsSauce:.5 cup greek yogurt ( Fage 0%)2 tbsp tahini2 tsp lemon juice.25 tsp salt1 garlic clove minced4 6 inch whole wheat pitas1 cup chopped romaine lettuce1 tomato sliced
Directions
First set of ingredients together then add chicken to marinate. Skewer on bamboo sticks and grill chicken.

Mix yogurt ingredients together to make sauce. Heat pitas and assemble sandwiches.

    Just had this tonight, and will be having this very very very often. The only change I will make is to use regular yogurt in place of greek (I still can't bring myself to like greek yogurt) Other than that - a superb recipe, and healthy to boot. - 6/26/11
