1 lb. lean ground beef1 small onion, chopped or minced1 clove garlic, mincedblack pepper, to taste2-3 stalks celery, chopped or minced2-3 carrots, chopped or minced1/4 c. soy sauce2 Tbsp. corn starch, mixed with water1-2 c. water1 c. brown rice, cooked according to pkg. directions
Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic in large skillet, drain.
Add celery, carrots, soy sauce, black pepper and water. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
For more gravy, add additional water.
Thicken with corn starch. Serve over rice.
