Shrimp fried rice

Ingredients
2.0 cup Quinoa & Brown Rice (Seeds of Change)6.0 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh8.0 oz Broccoli Cole Slaw fresh mix1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh12.0 oz Shrimp, cooked2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3.0 tsp Ginger Root2.0 clove Garlic4.0 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari)
Directions
Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces.Stir fry shrimp with half oil, garlic and ginger. Remove from pan. Fry vegies with remaining oil and spices. Remove from pan. Fry rice in pan with tamari and add shrimp and vegies back in. Toss one more minute
