Date and macadamia snacks

Ingredients

1 cup macadamian nuts1 cup pitted dates1/2 cup dessicated coconut
Put nuts in a kitchen blender and chop finely.
Add dates and chop with nuts.
It becomes quite a wet, sticky mix.
Add 1/4 cup coconut.
Rinse hands and roll 14 -15 balls
Then roll in the rest of the coconut
Save in air-tight container.
Makes about 15 balls.
