Strawberry Tomato Avocado Salad

Ingredients
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 cup, sliced Strawberries, fresh 3 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt - pepper. Gently mix and serve as a side. Drizzle mixtures of apple cider vinegar and good quality olive oil. Drizzle is 1 1 ratio.
