Linguine n' Clam

Ingredients
1 10 oz. can clams in juice6 oz. linguine1 tbsp olive oil1 garlic clove, minced1/4 cup fresh parsley1/8 cup white wine: Preferably Savingon Blanc1/4 cup fresh basilGround PepperGarnish: Fresh Basil
Directions
Drain clams and reserve juice. Cook reserve clam juice in a small skillet over medium heat for 15 minutes or until reduced by half; set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat, add garlic and cook until golden. Add reduced clam juice and pasley; cook 2 minutes or until parsley is tender. Stir in clams, wine, and basil and cook 5 minutes or until wine has reduced by half. Add pasta and pepper, toss well to coat. Garnish and Serve.
