Potato Sausage Tart

Ingredients
16 oz Italian Sausage, Bulk (by LDERSCH) 2 cup Kroger Cottage Cheese- Small Curd 4% milkfat 2 cup Mashed Potatoes .5 cup Sour Cream 1 tsp Oregano, ground 8 serving Pillsbury Pie Crust (1/8 of one pie crust) (by JAVA_MOON) 0.125 cup Cheese, sharp cheddar, grated 2 eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage and drain. Whirl cheese and eggs to blend. Beat in potatoes, sour cream, oregano, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Put cooked sausage in bottom of pie shell. Spoon potato mixture over top. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle over top. Serve.
