16 oz Beaf Lean Stew Meat (Cooked) 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 3 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv 1.0 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 2 tbsp Olive Oil 0.2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Brown meat in hot olive oil. Add all ingredient to crock pot and cook on low 8 hours, high 3 - 4hours.
Spices, Thyme, Rosamary, paprika, salt pepper, 1 TBLS worchestershire sauce, 2 bay leaves.
