Very Veggie Chicken Salad

3 oz. Cooked Chicken1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 c. Cole Slaw Mx.1 chopped, stalk Celery1/4 sm. red onion, chopped2Tbs. Sunflower seeds, preferred salted.2 tsp. Splenda, 1/2 c. Mayo1/2 c. Sour Cream2 tsp. Cider Vinegar1 boiled egg, chopped1 egg white, chopped
Take any cooked or canned Chicken or Turkey if available). Shred or chop into med. sized chunks.
Add chopped onion, eggs,celery, cole slaw,sunflower seeds,cheddar cheese- & mix well. Add mayo & sour cream, tossing well. Add the Splenda & vinegar, again toss well.
Serve as is or load a tomato or low carb toritlla.
