28 oz Hormel Extra Lean Center Cut Loin Filet, Original2 Tbl Olive Oil3 tsp minced garlic2 Tbl rosemary, fresh (chopped)
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Smear on tenderloin and cover with Saran Wrap.
Put in refrigerator for 1 hour up to overnight.
Preheat oven to 400. Cook in shallow baking dish for 40 minutes or internal temp. is 160.
Remove from heat. Wait for 10 minutes and serve.
