RaspbErry Marshmallow dessert

Ingredients
0.5 cup Margarine, soft 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar 8 tbsp chopped walnuts 8 serving "Great Value" Marshmallow, Large (4 pieces) (by LRBARRIOS) 0.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 2 cup Whipped topping, frozen, low fat (like Cool Whip) 2 cup Raspberries
Directions
mix the first four ingredients together for crust. Put on a cookie sheet and bake 10 min at 350. Cool. Crumble with a fork and put in a 9 x 13 pan. Save some for topping. Melt marshmallows in milk in a double boiler or microwave. Let cool. Fold in Cool Whip, then add raspberries. pour on crust and sprinkle with remaining crust on top. Refrigerate to hours before serving.
