Cauli fried rice with a twist

Ingredients
1.5 1tsp Sesame Oil0.15 package (10 oz) Onions, frozen, whole4.0 tbsp Soy Sauce2.0 tsp Splenda6.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.25 cup green giant cauliflower rice0.5 tsp season salt0.5 tsp season pepper0.25 tsp Garlic
Directions
Cook cauliflower rice in microwave according to package directions. Brown hamburger, onions, and bell peppers with some season salt, seasoned pepper, and garlic. When it's browned add in 2 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1/2 tsp splenda. Cook down for a minute then drain on paper towels. Wipe out pan then set back on heat and add in sesame oil. Open cauli rice, put a paper towel in and flip over to drain moisture. Add rice to oil when it's hot. Stir then add in the other 2 Tbsp soy sauce and the other 1/2 tsp of splenda. Stir for a minute or two then add in hamburger mix and some salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Serving Size: 1 cup
