KK's Italian Quiche

1 lb Italian Sausage, uncased5 large Eggs1 cup, fluid Heavy Whipping Cream1 tsp Italian seasoning1/4 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 cup Mushrooms, fresh1/2 cup, diced Onions1/2 cup diced green bell pepper8 oz Mozzarella Cheese4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated1 Roma tomato, seeded,
Crumble and brown sausage, drain fat.
Put eggs, milk and seasonings in large mixing bowl. Beat with electric beater. Set aside.
Slice or break up mushrooms into small pieces. Dice the onion. Dice the green pepper. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.
Add onions n mushrooms to egg mix, and beat on low briefly. Add green pepper, beat, add sausage, stir with spoon. Add cheeses and stir with spoon.
Pam spray pie dish. Pour contents into pie dish. Arrange tomatoes decoratively on top. Sprinkle a little more mozzarella on top.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
Let stand for qp minutes before slicing.
