2 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 1 dash Salt

combine all ingred in mug.stir.microwave for 1 min. if top is still gooey,microwave another 20 sec. take out.turn over,might need to tap a little.slice up.enjoy with butter,nut butter,.tahini
