Keto Blueberry-Lemon gelatin jam

Ingredients
1.5 cup Blueberries, fresh1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice1.5 tbsp Knox gelatine, unflavored6.0 tsp Pyure organic stevia blend
Directions
Put blueberries, lemon juice, pyure, and zest from 1 lemon into pot on stove. Cook 15 minutes on medium, mashing the berries. Combine 1 1/2 packets of Knox gelatine with 1 1/2 tbls water, and immediately add to blueberries. Remove pot from heat, and completely melt gelatin into berries. Blend well. Pour into heat safe glass container ( 1 pint wide mouth jars work best). Let cool completely before lidding and storing in refrigerator. Cool for at least 1 hour before serving. May need to warm slightly to make it spreadable. Serving Size: 1 tablespoon
