1.5 cup Bittergourd (boiled) 1 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 100 gram(s) Pork, minced (by LIZZY63) 2 tbsp Fish Sauce 1 tbsp Light Soya Sauce (by SPORTYLADY5)
slice bittergourd and carrot. put into a stainless steel bowl with minced pork. Add fish sauce, soya sauce and dash of pepper, mix well. put into the steamer and steam for about 15 minutes.
